These guys are great. Super nice and friendly. Cool father son business. Super fast. Great price and brought a fun positive attitude to a frustrating situation. Hopefully I never need them again but if I do they are my first call!!

Aksel was very helpful! I locked myself out of my car while I was at work and he was very kind and waited for me to come out before unlocking my car! He has unlocked a car for one of my friends and a door for a roommate as well. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable about his work, especially for how young he is. Everyone who works there is so sweet and helpful. I will go to them for all my key needs and refer them to everyone I know! 10/10 recommend!!!

Called Triple A and they sent out "The Key Man". Actually, they sent a teenager (not quite a man) who didn't appear to have sufficient knowledge. After 20 minutes of trying to open my locked door on a Chrysler Town & Country, I called the shop to ask if they could send out another person to help the young lad. Soon after, the youngster finally got the van unlocked. Problem is, I think this teenager provided a fabricated story to the manager about me. The manager called me and left nasty messages on my phone. When I called to sort out his discontent he verbally slammed me with so much foul mouth garbage, I didn't have a chance to tell him the REAL story. I hung up on him because I knew there was no way he was going to listen to me. I cannot be certain of what story between the two individuals took place but this I know. No business has the right to call a customer yelling and dropping accusations without taking a moment to review the facts! Once again, I was not provided this opportunity because the (so called) manager had already made up his mind to slam me without allowing me the chance to speak the truth. In addition, there was NO WAY this teenage boy was anywhere near a "professional". IF he had attended any sort of training it would have been during his off time from high school. I immediately questioned his ability when seeing him exit the van upon arrival. Facts; A. NEVER argue with a customer. Any true hearted business knows this. B. NEVER send out an unqualified person to do a professionals job. It makes for bad business. I watched this kid try the most ridiculous approach to unlocking a VERY simple automobile. There's not much to unlocking a mini van. Never expect a "professional" job from these people if these same two individuals are in attendance. A very bad day in the professional life of a so called locksmith.

The key man is wonderful! We called him on a Sunday and he was the only one open. He came out so quickly and helped us with our issue. It didn’t even end up being a key issue, but our car was dead. He jumped our car, and made sure we got up and running. Amazing and so nice! Thank you!
