Domino's Pizza

The team at this Dominos is awesome. Pizza always good, and delivery always fast. Thank you all for getting us food today. Keep up the good work!

Never messed up any of my orders. Timing is usually above par also.

Idk how this location has so many stars… every time I order the pizza quality control is lacking. Usually it is the lack of garlic on the crust which is the primary region I order dominoes. Every once in a blue moon some saint of an employee makes it so dang well that it actually helps me overlook previously orders that were not anywhere near comparable. Do you want pizza or crust? Because your likely to get massive crusts (hardly any garlic) with minimal pizza. Ordering one of their over priced sauces? 50/50 they forget it if they deliver to you. One time my gf forgot to tip from the app, the delivery driver was making a “contactless” delivery and actually waited for someone to answer the door so he could ask us for a tip! We normally tip drivers in advance and this mistake was our fault but still, tipping is not mandatory, we live less than a mile away from the location, and it’s contactless for a reason. I will say the one good thing about this location is they make and deliver fast.

EDITED 1-28-2021 I am updating my review from a 1 start to a 4 star simply because Savanah called back to see if there was anything that she can do to make my experience better. She apologized for the issues we had.So with that i feel they deserve an updated rating...nnwe ordered a couple pizzas on Monday and the pan pizza was not cooked as the dough was still raw. I called back and talked to Savanah. She said she couldn't give me a refund that I had to call back the next day to get one. So I called back and talked to cat. Well cat said she didn't know how to give a refund and no one at the store did either. That she would have another manager call me back (This was on Tuesday) come Friday and I never heard back. So I called and talked to Brock. He said that he thought I was supposed to call him. He said he issued a refund while i was on the phone but that we wouldn't see it for a couple days. I asked him to email me a receipt he said he would. Never got it so I called back today and talked to Andrew. Andrew said he couldn't help me so I asked for brock. Said he wasn't in but he would have him call me back. So I asked when he would be in and when I could expect him to call me back. He said he could not tell me that. I asked you cant tell me when he will be in and call me back? HE said NO. I told him I have not had a good experience and if he couldn't at least tell me when Brock would be in that I was going online and write a review about my experience. Sounds like this must happen a lot is why they didn't want to tell me when Brock would be in and return my call. Frustrating that I have to chase them down to get a refund for a pizza we couldn't eat and only Brock could help.

I have been getting pizza here for years and they have never missed any part of an order yet. The pizza is excellent and the price is right. I highly recommend this Dominos.
