Cielito Lindo

Came here for my daughter's birthday. Website looked amazing, so she chose this place. Drove for over an hour to get here, and they were closed. At lunchtime, on a weekday. Nothing on the website about them being closed. Nothing on the door about them being closed. Just closed.

I’m a regular customer of Cielito Lindo. I placed an order on a rainy Friday night, and when I arrived, it was very chaotic. There were people waiting inside and outside for their orders. I guess everyone decided they wanted Mexican food on this particular day. Although I waited about 45min for my order from the time I called it in, I want to give recognition to the awesome workers. They handled the difficult situation and difficult customers exceptionally well. Even with some customers being rude and impatient, Cally, a young man, and another young woman were awesome. I witnessed the young man handle a customer over the phone over the course of 15min, who ordered 3-4 meals but only took one bag when they picked up the food. He was extremely patient. He went through their order twice over the phone. Offered compensation for a future order. And he personally took it upon himself to deliver the meal to the family himself. He just asked for a their address and picked up the order to take it to them. He could’ve easily just said “come back and pick it up or we will refund you,” but instead solved it himself while providing superior customer service. These employees went above and beyond when they really didn’t have to be so apologetic or as nice on a rainy Friday night during a pandemic when no one wants to cook.nnDefinitely will continue giving my business to them. Please support this local business!

Such good queso and the customer service was amazing! We huddled inside during the snow storm and got delish enchiladas to go. I super appreciate the kindness of the woman working there, and would go back again anytime.

The best Mexican in Cedar Park for sure! Try the Cochinita Pibil, and you will fall in love. It’s one of my top three choices for Mexican food in all of the Austin and surrounding areas.

The absolute BEST food! Yummy veggie tamales and enchiladas with Poblano cream sauce. The queso here is my favorite!
