Every time I have ordered from this location, it's been a gamble. I only order multiple times because when they get it right, they knock it out of the park. The product is great. When done right.nnI've had orders show up with cold, uncooked veggies. Almost as if the toppings were added after it went through the oven.nnWhat prompted this review is one of those nail in the coffin type situations. The last three times I've ordered, there have been issues.nnOrder 1: Showed up 20 minutes late.nOrder 2: No order showed up after 90 minutes so I called and cancelled. I then left the house to go get food elsewhere and returned to my home with a Marco's order on my doorstep. The order was completely wrong and ice cold. I had used a $10 voucher on this order as well, which was not returned to me when the order was refunded.nOrder 3: $10 voucher wasn't refunded. I wrote into the store to get it addressed and got no response.nnGet it together.

I'm not sure what has happened to this place. I have ordered from them several times in the past and was satisfied. But last night the pizza I got was the worst ever. It was half cooked, soggy and was very skimpy on the ingredients. I'm not even sure it's real cheese anymore, and instead of using fresh mushrooms, they use canned mushrooms, which is disgusting. It was also pricey for what it had on it.nNot sure I will order from them again in the future.
