They're communication between the technician s and the office isn't wort a darn.nI had 3 different calls from technicians and none of them knew what I needed done
I called them and the first call went well and she told me a tech would call me. I called them 15min later and the second person who answered was rude. She said someone will call me and I said in how many min she said the same thing. She ignored my question and more than 10 min went by and still no call.
Copied a work key from a kiosk. Didnt take long!
tried to make a 2011 sienna key with transponder in it, KeyMe mailed me a copy in 2days, unfortunately it didn't work, called customer service and they immediately made a refund. not too bad an experience, loved the concept, wish it worked.
Easy, fast and convenient. Price was reasonable and less than dealership!
