From installing and fine tuning fundamentals, while also giving you Phenomenal training that will increase your athletic ability. Very Professional! If you are looking to get into shape and become the best athlete you can be Orakpo Perfeormance is the place for you and your kids. They make you feel like you are more than just a client, they make you feel like family. Mike is so passionate about his work and making a better future for the kids. He makes sure they get the basic fundamentals down then he exceeds the limits and teaches them beyond that. He continues to progress his clients. He loves to see the kids get the feel of their full athletic ability. Just know one thing for sure whatever your expectations are when you come to Orakpo Performance you will get that plus more! Orakpo Performance is the only place you or your child should be looking at to fine tune their talents. Mike knows what he's doing and is great at it, plus he's really devoted to helping these kids succeed. They are a great tool for any athlete.

Mike Orakpo is an excellent trainer for high school athletes as well as a mentor. He trained my son in offseason football in strength, conditioning, explosiveness, speed, agility and work through his injuries as well as providing a tutor for academics. Great job Orakpo. We will miss you in the Houston area.
