Incredibly fun classes and some of the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered!
A great neighborhood gym. with the all the necessary equipment one would need for a thorough workout. Staff is very professional and the place is kept clean throughout the day.
Good luck trying to cancel your membership here after a year they make it such a pain. It’s great, said nobody ever.
This is a great gym! Very clean. The trainers are helpful and friendly.
I have been going here for 5 years and have lost 15 pounds. Does not sound like a lot after 5 years but I feel stronger and have more energy too. Place is clean and staff is nice.
