The fee structure and the communication is horrible. No proper communication and notifications when taking your account off the hold during this pandemic situation, I understand otherwise but during these tough times I expect more rational behavior than just reading terms off a piece of paper. The staff are poorly trained, they do not have the right information to share with their customers and the customers in the end are the losers eventually with money withdrawn and refund requests not responded right. I was told the holds on the account would hold good until I reach out to end it due to the pandemic situation but account comes off hold without notification and my card was being charged for 4 months before I realized it and now they aren’t giving me refund citing I didn’t extend the hold after July 2020 - I would have had I not been told by the members of the studio that the holds would be honored until I cancel it. They speak in direct contradiction of their own rules certain times. I would be a 100% sure I would have gotten a notification immediately had my card on file expired and they weren’t receiving the payments. But since they were billing me behind my back without a notification and had the money coming in - never did they bother to check back as to why I haven’t scheduled a single class in those 4 months. The fees is a rip off. The studio doesn’t care about the health concerns regarding the pandemic. All they care is making money. Expected better - very disappointing

VERY FRUSTRATING CANCELLATION POLICYnThis 8 hour window cancelation system I don't understand what's the point behind it. I woke up early in the morning and found my 1st grader is sick and won't be attend school and now I won't be able to attend the Gym either because I can't leave him alone at home. How would I able to predict 8 hours ago that my son will wake up sick. EMERGENCIES DON'T APPEAR BEFORE 8 HOURS WINDOW. 20 minutes post missed class I received the receipt stating you've been charged 12 dollars. WOW!nNoted even accidentally if you scheduled the class while browsing through the app and that's within 8 hours time frame BOOM. ORANGE THEORY MADE FREE $12........WORST POLICYncancelling the membership just because of this so called money making system

Awful experience from start to finish. Highly reccomend a non corporate workout studio

The classes have changed so much with Covid.. the overall attitude is not positive for me so I stopped go for a while it was bringing me down.. I am going to try 1 more month joined in 2014 when they opened in Avery rAnch. Its convenient to my home in Avery Ranch but having to force myself to go. I wish there were more friendly staff ! The workouts are good because I do push myself.

You guys have to seriously consider about making exceptions for cancellation when it comes health reasons. Coaching staff is good here
