I had a U-Haul reservation scheduled for Saturday Jan 2 at 9:30. Went to go and pick it up my husband and I waited 45 minutes and nobody ever showed up to open up. I didn’t receive a phone call or nothing to let me know. Due to this I had to go out and find another truck. This was very unprofessional and such an inconvenience!
Nice guy working the desk and easy to rent a truck.
Big thank you to Kim for the great customer service and for being so kind to us during our visit. Also to Chelsea the following day for being patient with me and waiting around for my unorganized self. You ladies are awesome. The upkeep of the property is outstanding as well :)
