Been without power for so many days. No active response, only we are aware of you outage and are assessing the situation. We pay our bills just like everyone else but it feels like because we are located in the country we always get service last.
I want to think all the lineman who have been working non-stop for the couple of days to restore power to everyone in and around Taylor Texas thank you
Mr Sanderson from Oncor came to my house and went well above what I would expect. Oncor is lucky to have a great representative such as Mr Sanderson.
The people at Oncor are friendly and seem to be responsive for major outages That being said, getting new service is a NIGHTMARE. I've waited MONTHS after a work order was put in for service. We identified two bad poles on my land serveral months ago that needed to be replaced, one with a transformer on it that I need connected so that I can have service established to my barn as it tends to get periodic rattlesnakes around it and I need lighting. A little over a week ago they finally via a contractor put new poles ONLY in place BUT THE OLD ONES AND THEIR CONNECTIONS AREA STILL THERE. NO NEW SERVICE.
Wanted to thank the Oncor gentleman that came out and straightened up a leaning pole (belongs to another company) that sits on my property on 9/19/18. He did not have to do it, but for safety issues, HE DID!! I was very impressed, not only by him, but by the Oncor company for being concerned with the sagging wires...thanks, Oncor!
