Hi I never ever leave bad reviews, but I feel like this needs to be addressed . We always have good experience with dominoes but this time I was highly disappointed. My husband and I placed our order and paid for it online before 7pm. We set the pickup time for 8pm. We arrive right before 8 and we are notified a little after 8 that the order is ready . The order is brought to us at 8:30. Realized that we still had something missing and when brought this to the employees attention they said that the product was still in the oven. We paid over $50 for our food . Not only was it not ready on time, though they were given over an hour notice for this order, we almost went home without one of our items and half of the food was cold . I called the store to figure out what was going on but they had no explanation.
Great pizza and pasta meal deal. Pasta was a bit underwhelming in portion size, but otherwise tasted great.
Thanks yall for making our dinner. Amen and dig n
