My wife and I are trying to replace a porch door damaged by the previous tenants. We went into the Cedar Park store picked out a door, and were quoted one installation price by John in Millworks. We then waited two weeks for a contractor to measure and assess materials needed. We then had to contact Home Depot several times about the estimate because they never got back to us. HD then quoted us $200 more for the installation, and additional charges. We have called eight times now trying to reach the general manager and the assistant manager Robert. It's been almost a month since visiting the store and we still don't have a door, and although the website says its in stock, the manager says its not and it will be another two to three weeks. Our house is now flooding. If HD had gotten back to us with the estimate in a timely manner, and ordered the door, we wouldn't be dealing with storm damage. The poor sales associates keep apologizing and telling us that the assistant manager is away on a two hour lunch break. This has happened three times. Honestly, this is no way to run a business. I have had dealing with HD before in California and never a problem, but Cedar Park needs some serious management training.
