Good for those nights when I don't want to cook.
Placed an order online for delivery. Delivery driver/store forgot part of my order (wouldn't they hand the order over to the delivery driver?) Called the store and they said "someone can come pick up the items or I can give you a credit for next time".. apparently because I placed my order online, what MOST people do, they can't refund the money? Makes absolutely no sense. And unfortunately this is not the first time we have had missing items in our order from this location
This place is usually awesome, but... one of the employees was a little rude about the things I've ordered especially when I ordered it online. They need more assertive customer service because I come here frequently. Other than that I love the prices and quality of the food!
I and my husband have been here many times and they are not nice to us. The manager is VERY rude and I don’t like how he treats us. We have called and asked if we could use one of our coupons. They said yes and never let us. We have still paid and just forgot about it. This last time we went in today and it’ll be the last time we go to this location they were extremely rude and raised their voice at my husband. I don’t want to support people who are not going to support their customers. If I was their owner I would have a long chat. Also get better at accepting coupons you have to us!
I went through the drive thru and had the greatest experience! Makena, one of the employees recommended that I try the deep dish pizza and it was delicious! She was so kind, and had great energy! I’ll definitely be back!
