I went to Chapman auto looking for a SUV. I had talked with Steve who told me to come in. Steve was busy but gave me the list what was available. Once he was available join me in parking lot. We discussed the different SUV. I told him I would return the next day. I went and took a test drive. Steve explain the whole process. I was in and out a little over an hour. My daughter had gone through Chapman and I forgot I had co-signed. Steve really is a wonderful person and everything is done quickly and professionally. I called Steve on Monday telling him my headlight was out. I went up there and replaced both. The whole process was awesome. Best of all no pressure and out quickly with your car. Thank you

I was looking for a bigger SUV and I found it with them. Upon arrival Steve was very helpful and professional. I have visited several places and all of them wanted to put me in a vehicle I didn't want. He never not once asked or suggested anything other then what I wanted. He listened to me. He was very understanding of my situation. I think the whole process took about 30 minutes. It was in and out. I've been to major dealerships in the past and their costumer service has nothing on these guys. I would definitely recommend Greg Chapman Motors. Thank you guys again. My family loves the SUV.

I’m 18 and obviously needed a car. I checked out so many places! I found cars, test drove them but none felt like it could be MY car. We were about to head home when my sister suggested Greg Chapman motors. I was skeptical but went anyways. That’s where I found my car! I test drove it and immediately fell in love with it!! Steve was super helpful and funny and it felt like I was just talking to an old friend! He also made the process easy for me to understand. As a first time buyer I didn’t know anything but I felt like I was taken care of! I will definitely be going back whenever I need another car!
