I'm not sure exactly where to begin because I have so many good things to say! We were initially trying to purchase a fifth wheel from an RV lot about an hour from Toppers and it was a horrible experience, we decided not to do business with that lot because of how poorly they treated us. I found the exact same RV at toppers and immediately called to try to get it, Robby was awesome from the get go. We told him when we needed it by and they had a washer and dryer installed and ready for us to pick up on the day we selected. The technician that did our walk through was very helpful. From your sales department, to parts/service, to your finance team (Ashley and Leanne). Thank you all for the wonderful experience!nSincerely, The Irwin Family

We recently purchased a unit and Robby was very helpful to answer all my questions. From the time we first reached out to them, even now after the purchase- if we call, they answer and are always trying to solve whatever question we have. This is our first purchase from Toppers and I can say they earned our business!

My husband and I went to Topper's RVs in Waller, TX. We did receive good Customer Service. We were approved on a Saturday and was told to bring in an extra $1,000. My husband told them that he would be back on Tuesday.nHe went in on Tuesday & told them that we wanted to cancel the sale. They refuse to give us back our deposit & they had cashed the check on Monday. The sale wasn't final & in the state of Texas, you have three days to cancel any contract.nI will not do business with them again & I will fight to get my deposit back. If I give away money, it will be to my church & not to them.nVery bad business.

Toppers RVs made things extremely simple for my family and I. I just finalized the purchase of our 2021 Rockwood FM1970ESP CT. Treva is sales was extremely knowledgeable and personable, Ashley in finance knows her job very well and was extremely friendly and Alex led me through orientation. This young man knows his stuff and was a pleasure to work with. While these were the main three I worked with during this process, a couple others in parts and sales were just as friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. I can not recommend Toppers RVs enough!
