Yama yoga is an amazing place filled with positive energy. It is a place for all aspects of self care. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training here in July ‘20 and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend exploring teacher training here if you’ve ever considered completing your RYT. Summer is the most caring, knowledgeable teacher. She is very good at what she does. There’s a large variety of classes and workshops offered, all of which are fantastic. They also offer a large variety of services. I’ve enjoyed the infrared sauna, and regular massages with Liz, she is great! I also highly recommend euphoria chiropractic care, Dr Jackie is awesome. Yes, the variety of yoga classes and services are nice, but it’s really the owner, providers, teachers, and fellow students that make this yoga & wellness center so special.
Love this studio and all its services. Clean, professional and welcoming. The owner, staff and therapist are great. I’m in and out 3-4 times a week and always find things the same. ❤ufe0f

Beautiful studio. Fantastic instructors. Lots of classes to choose from. Wonderfully supportive environment. There's a whole lotta Namaste going on at Yama Yoga!
Liz Ketchersid is a great massage therapist! She's very attentive, and focuses on problem areas. She's awesome!
