We had a pleasant experience here trading in our 2017 Jeep Renegade for a 2020 Dodge Journey. Shamar, I believe, was our salesman. Laid back country guy that was fun to work with for sure. My wife really liked his approach to things. He made her comfortable, which is difficult to do. Finance department, can't recall his name, he was very informative on warranties and took his time explaining the benefits etc. I'd go back and recommend this place to anyone looking to trade up or get into a vehicle. My wife is still all smiles over her brand new vehicle. Thanks guys!! Great work!!

This is the absolute best dealship I've been to by far! Chris and Ed went out of their way to help me purchase the vehicle I wanted. Have been waiting for 4 months to get my refund for GAP insurance. Still have not received it. Left messages for Manager, Finance Manager. etc.... Cannot get anyone to respond or help with this.

I-20 Dodge went well above and beyond my expectations as a car dealer. Jon Durm, specifically, was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He was very diligent in answering all of my questions, he was able to match my trade in offer from another dealer, he was very straightforward with pricing upfront, and even personally drove 90 miles to deliver the car and have us sign paperwork in our driveway. I would absolutely recommend him and I-20 Dodge to anyone looking for a good car buying experience.
