Unreal customer service! I had an emergency situation, I was frantic. When I called, I had no clue how much I had to move where they were because I am from out of town. Michael went out of his way to help me figure out what size we needed and even rented me a just in case Unit that was optional if The movers couldn’t fit it all. John then brought the contract to me because it was so crazy!nWhen I didn’t need the unit Janice made sure the deposit was credited.nAll in one day, sight unseen. I highly recommend them!
Great staff, location, privacy fence and good security.
Needed 2 storage units on very short notice. Takes a minute to get connected with the right person, but once you do it’s worth it! Understanding the situation we were in, they allowed us to start moving stuff in immediately. Amy met us there after hours to get our paperwork signed. These people went beyond our expectations in their kindness and promptness. Will definitely use them any time I need storage!
