Hooray for this Gilmer Service Department!nA recent and urgent issue with my Jeep Wrangler was going to take the Longview Jeep Dealership at least three weeks for an appointment. At the suggestion of a friend, I reached out to Stanley Jeep in Gilmer, not knowing a mutual friend and fellow Jeep owner, Eric Boggus, worked for the Dealership. Eric got me in touch with the service department and they got me right in. Although my “unheard” of issue was a hard one to diagnose, the team hung in there, working with Mopar engineers, until they had my Jeep back to herself.nThe service department went out of its way keeping me informed, helping me be comfortable with transportation and I must add... was very personal and sympathetic when I lost my Dad suddenly during this process.nThank you Stanley Service Department!
