I started here and had a great transformation in my performance. There is a transformational coach, Adam, that helped me stay committed.My trainer, Kenny, was excellent in showing me how to train and developing a program that fits me. I am very happy with my results and the experience I had here!
I live in Ohio and have followed HERO Training Center for a while now. I recently entered and won a complete nutrition and fitness package. Adam and Darius have been very helpful in getting everything I need, including all my questions answered. My only regret is that I wish they had a facility in Ohio. If you are ready for a change and are looking for trainers that truly care about you, then I recommend HERO Training Center!
Very motivating and helpful. Darius helped me get started and now I have a trainer every time I go and I love it. When I use to workout by myself I would stop going after awhile. Now I can't wait for my next workout. Thanks Hero Team!
Adam was the most inspirational person that motivated me from day one, and I am not the only one. He has been a constant motivation for everyone that he bring under his wing. The best part is that we worked and treated eachother like family so that we could grow together. I got the best transformation that I could've imagined. Which made my view on life better and more motivated for every new challenge that comes my way thanks Hero Training Center.
Darius and Adam helped me to lose the weight I have been trying to cut down on for months. They got me to not only change my physical appearance, but my mentality about working out and being in shape to allow me to continue making progress.
