Nice family type park with a kid's playground in a quiet neighborhood off Craig Street bordered by Loop 820 and houses on 3 sides. There is a football field next to it, but I'm not sure it's in use anymore. Lots of area to spread a blanket out for a picnic. There are usually just a few people there so it's not crowded. A good place to go with the family and be in Covid-19 social distance compliance.

Very nice park and community voting center. Great easy access to early voting.

Handley park is for the birds.nGigantic open place, and it does have a playground for kids, but not a lot going-on, there.nI think there's a rec center, nearby, so maybe that makes it better.nThere's so much field, I guess you could throw a frisbee, or kick a ball, or play catch of any kind, there.nThe main thing I like, though, are the grills.nThere's not many picnic benches and grills, but there are a couple that are nice enough to spend a day doing some barbecue.nSo, it's got some good qualities. :)
