I give them 5 stars for excellent customer service. The New Manager that the facility has goes above and beyond expectations. The old manager that was at Creek Run location was horrible. I rented from Bargain Storage for a long time and when the old manage took over the location after Micheal left, I moved out because of the way he would speak to customers., He cussed me out several times, saying that I woke his dog up. As soon as I heard he was gone I moved my stuff back to Bargain storage. It is convenient and prices are lower then any other storage facility.
They are running a special rent one month and get two free. It's clean, manager is very nice and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was the sloop is pretty steep so your vehicle is sitting at an angle when your loading it unloading. I guess it's for the water to drain.
This property is immaculate! I have seen some properties from other companies and it makes me wonder how anyone even can put their personal belongings in one of their units. The manager, Jen was very informative about the policies and was really friendly. She gave me her full attention and paid attention to detail. Thank you for a great experience. I will tell my friends and family in case they ever need a storage need.

Great customer service from the property manager and the place is well kept and clean. It's in a convenient location and they have a really good special, also you can book and rent a unit online and just show up to get the key and sign a few papers it was all very simple and easy.
