My barber Bryant hooks me up every time!

DON’T GO THERE! Just scheduled an appointment with the owner named “Shiree”. This is my second time going there. The first time it took me 45min to get on the chair because she had people on hold that day, but I tried to be understanding. The second time, Shiree and her staff continues to be unprofessional. Example: she overbooks her appointments so MUCH to the point that she got me waiting for more than three hours (she accepts walk-ins). I had been waiting so long that I fell asleep right after she just told me she will get me on the chair at 3pm, and my appointment was at 2pm. Then around 3hrs (5pm) after my initial appointment she walked up to me and told me to either reschedule or wait for her to finish about two more people before I get to the chair and I wake up to her starting another person’s hair. I work multiple jobs, so initially I wanted to get my hair done that specific day, not reschedule for another day or have another person in my head. They don’t value the customer’s time at all, didn’t even have the decency to apologize. Their gossiping further pushes back other client’s time as well as mishandling their products and equipment for each individual’s hair. Also, the staff be taking breaks frequently talking to each other like it’s an off day, while there is a line of people passionately waiting. So I left, this is my second and last time going there. It’s safe to say that they are NOT punctual at all, and they’re unexceptionally unprofessional when it comes to costumer service.

They are very unprofessional here. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment they will make you wait hours after your appointment time.

Slow as molasses, it's a waist of time.... Save your money and find a new place to get your hair done.
