Been going to this place for years now. So far they are hands down the best natural hair salon i know of!!! They really take pride in the work that they do here. And also their appointment times are great.
I cannot believe my daughter’s hair! I scheduled a silk press and got everything but that! Her hair literally looks like someone shocked her with the maximum force of electricity. Her hair was yanked instead of gently detangled. The stylist (she never told us her name & I forgot it from scheduling the appointment online) did not start from the end and work her way up in fact she did the very opposite! I tried calling the salon to see if this could be fixed (while sitting in the parking lot) no answer! I’m a very dissatisfied with the way her hair turned out. I know the stylist was trying to hide her inexperience, she didn’t wrap her hair place it in the saran wrap and put her under the dryer. How does that work?! The salon was nice if anyone truly cares more about the salons decor than their hair. I can’t say anything about the salon overall maybe today was just an off day, either way my daughter’s hair looked better coming in the salon.
It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. No one answers the phone. I went to book an open appt (there were several that day) as soon as I go to book they removed all the open appointments.
I love bringing my daughter to Huetiful for styling. Our experience with Araena has been amazing. She is always so patient, knowledgeable, and thorough about educating us. She understands exactly what my daughter wants and delivers beautifully. My daughter is extremely tender-headed and at our first appointment, she was nervous/excited to try something new with her hair - Araena was very kind and made my daughter feel pampered. Every time we have an appointment scheduled, my daughter can't wait to go and always raves about it after. She always feels like a confident queen after she's done and can't wait to show off her new hair. We couldn't ask for anything more in the experience. Thank you, Araena!
This place is beautiful and nice atmosphere. My hair texture came out great. The cut, not so much. I noticed a day later that my left side was longer than my right side and I have chin length so it is noticeable. I showed a picture of how I wanted it similar and it didnt come out that way. Now its growing out uneven. It's a nice place but I probably won't be back.
