These guys are the best. I should have written sooner. Very honest (as it seems to me), they don't go back and forth with lets make a deal. They price their cars at a good rate and stick with it. Side note, the hood release was missing from the car I that I eventually purchased. They said they had one on order.... when I did purchase the car, they had it installed YAY. Anyway, about 5 months later it came off. I took it up there (even though I knew there wasn't a warranty), I talked to the salesman (he remembered me!) And he fixed it with no charge to me. So go here for a honest deal and experience!

This is where I got my daughter’s first car and it’s perfect. Never had an issue whatsoever. Was greeted and comforted upon our arrival. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Lobby and show room were really clean and organized. The dealer is honest and willing to help to ensure your satisfaction. This is the go to place if you wanna get a car and this is where I’ll be buying all of my cars in the future. Thanks DFW Auto Mall!

These guys have good product that is fairly priced. They don't really negotiate which in my opinion is a positive. Had a check engine light a few hours after buying my vehicle. They found the problem and fixed it at no cost.nnGood company solid company to work with.

After looking everywhere, literally all over DFW from dealerships to private sellers. I found DFW Auto Mall on cars.com and they had carfax available and a ton of vehicles in my price range. I called and spoke to the sales rep there who was courteous and seemed presently happy to answer any questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in. After visiting and closing on the deal I had a dilemma of finding a ride back to pick up the SUV. The sales team was willing to meet me on their closed day (Sunday) to let me pick up the vehicle. I feel confident I made a great purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in search of a used, well maintained vehicle. Thanks again DFW Auto Mall!
