Level of service at this location has gone down tremendously. This place sucks! Walk up to the counter orders are no good here. They're too busy working on the GrubHub and things of that nature. A walk in order will not be serviced in a convenient time frame.
This location is much better than the Pantego location.
Really good today I got the 2.50 special of 6 nuggets and fries. I was originally going for a large DP (1.00) BUT decided that I was hungry too. Excellent decision! 4/5 Stars all the way around! Kuddos!
Very nice staff. I come through the drive through every morning to get my coffee. The guy at the window is always super friendly. My coffee is always fresh and hot, no complaints there. When I do order breakfast they do get my order wrong sometimes, or give me someone else order. But that is rare. I do have one complaint. When I am ordering at the speaker at the drive thru, sometimes I cannot understand some of the women that take the orders. They barely speak English and speak in such a thick accent. I think that is why my order is wrong sometimes because they aren't understanding me either. I did notice every time I do have a wrong order is when a Spanish speaker with thick accent takes my order.
