Ok -
I had a 4:30 appointment. They called to verify that I was coming, when I showed up it was locked up and nobody was answering the phone. They even called to confirm the appointment, and left early and left me stranded. Wasted money on an Uber.nVery unprofessional, would not recommend this place ever again because of that lack of professionality.nnTo be clear.... The posted hours state that they are open till 5:00. And they actually called to confirm the appointment, and still stood me up.
This is my go to spot for a hair cut, have always had good service and the stylists have always been engaging, I have always walked out very pleased with my over all experience at this location. Would recommend anyone to this Knockouts. Keep doing good work.
Use to go here religiously for a number of years. Moved so I rarely go there now. Had a great staff that was extremely friendly. Did a great job cutting my hair and making me feel relaxed on stressful days.
Babes, beer, bottle of Jack and fresh fades. 12/10 will recommend. Walk in a mutt, walk out a stud. Hit their chair before you hit the 7th scene. Otherwise you're going home alone bro.nBe there nerds!
