Fun, easy going atmosphere. Unfortunately no fish were caught this time....if there is one complaint, too much seaweed.

This is the cleanest lake and property that you can go to in north Texas. Fun snorkeling, fishing and kayaking place, no motor boats allowed. Pictures say it all!

Great place lots of room to spread out during covid . We had fun picnicking and swimming .

Love to come to this place its so peaceful you can realy enjoy quality time with you family. No loud music no motor boats only kayak and canoe permited.Super clear clean water you can fish too.
