Beautiful, clean park with a nice playground. Pretty good fishing in the river as well! We make the drive from Cleburne whenever we get a chance.
A refreshing glimps back into their area history and a reflection of our own.
This is a beautiful Park along the Paluxy River in the city of Glen Rose. There is a modern play area with swings and climbing apparatus Etc. The the restroom was clean they're showing a little age. There is a nice paved area for kids to ride bikes or skate on. There is a large covered picnic area . I don't know if there's a reservation policy but it would be large enough for a family reunions. There is also a place or two to sit closer to the river . The park is the end of the Riverwalk that goes to Big Rocks park. The walk gives a very Pleasant View the Paluxy River. On a Tuesday afternoon was not crowded. While I have not been to this park on a weekend, the Big Rocks park is usually crowded when we go on a Saturday.
Cool, peaceful, fun for the kids.... great place to walk ur dog!
Cute place for pictures, fun playground, big pavilion for birthday parties and such.
