Placed a delivery order at 6:30 pm, it is now 8:50 pm and it still has not been delivered and I can guarantee it’s going to be cold when it gets here. This store needs to do better at hiring people with half a brain that can handle the job or just close down business. I will be sure to make sure everyone I know no longer uses this place ever again. The biggest joke is they give you a order guarantee that you can get the same products on a different order for free, what they don’t tell you is when you try to use it the average delivery for the replacement is 2-3 hours. This is standard for this place no matter the day or time of the week.

Great vibes and super welcoming service. The meals were crisp and delightful. Will easily recommend this spot to others. Reasonable prices and generous meals. Keep it up.

One employee ran around while a handful of other employees just sat at a booth watching or on their phone. Not sure if they were all on break or just drivers.nOne employee after finishing put an item in the oven pulled their phone out and put it on top of the line where they slide pizzas to top them. Food was all over the table and now I could see on their phone. When the last item was done the employee stood and staired at the boxes under the heat table till the manager asked if they had everything.nOverall everyone was friendly.

Ordered a large, thin crust pepperoni pizza and what we got was what seemed to be a pizza from the morning or possibly the day before that was just warmed up...By the time we got home, it was already cold and stale. I’ve had leftover pizza from days in my refrigerator come out looking better than what we ordered... first time ordering from the new location.. very disappointed.

Drive through is an an absolute JOKE. Every single car sits at the window for over 5 minutes. You would think they would tell people if there Pizza is not ready to come back around in a few minutes instead of letting them sit there and hold up the line.nnThe line is literally all the way behind the building. What is suppose to be convenient is the opposite. I could walk into ANY other pizza chain, order a pizza, and sit there and wait for it and it would be waaaaaay faster. Never again.
