I have silver sneakers and am looking for a good gym. I think I'll try this one. My husband can even come for a small fee.

Always empty early am. They keep plenty paper towels and hand santatizer
Nice gym, and helpful staff. We are Planet Fitness members; however really enjoyed this fitness center. We were only in the area temporary and went at 5:30 am; there was plenty of equipment to get a good workout. Cardio equipment is updated and always in working condition. There is a large room for stretching and cooling down. Locker rooms are adequate and clean. The full time members we met were very friendly also. The staff treated us very well for only being temporary members.
From what I hear the personal trainer, one of them, doesn't like having members that are out of shape and need help. Bad news travels fast. YOUR CUSTOMERS PAYS YOUR BILLS! Soon you may not have any bills if customers aren't what you care about.
