I purchased a 2017 jeep wrangler from Tara. She made the experience so smooth and easy. I definitely recommend doing business with her. She left a great impression with me and followed up with me multiple times following my vehicle purchase. She helped with my trade in value and since I drove 5 hours to pick up my vehicle she helped the signing process to be quick and efficient. The finance rep worked with the lender to get my payment amount where I needed it to be . I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2009 Chevy Tahoe from them back in July, before the month was over the Tahoe was riding rough the transmission was slipping and the breakers were already metal to metal. They told me that it was my car my problem, when I explained I hadn’t even had it a month they didn’t even care so I tried to get a hold of the GM MULTIPLE TIMES there was always an excuse, so I called a few times a month throughout the months between then and now and got nothing it’s now December and I just forked out another 3000 for a transmission rebuild and I have still yet to get a call back from a GM yes I understand I paid cash but I paid a lot of cash for something that was supposed to be reliable. I wouldn’t send my worst enemies here.

Typical car dealership. Process takes too long, they beat around the bush and after many hours of getting a deal together, we found out there was previously undisclosed damage to the vehicle we were buying. Trying to get any manager to acknowledge the problem was impossible. They promise to get back to you and they never do. Carvana or Carmax is our next stop.

Bought an 09 Saturn, 41K miles. The low-res pictures on the website showed the car was in good condition. I started talking to Thomas and requested hi-res pictures of car and asked directly if there was any damage. He said there wasnt. I had the car shipped and when it arrived, it had front damage, one of the taillights has significant water condensation issues and the car had transport damage (curb rash in one wheel). Also, one of the key and keyfobs are not working and need to be reprogrammed by a dealer. I emailed L Ferguson who is a manager and he constantly dodges emails and calls/voicemails lying that he'll call back and never does. Stay away from this dealership.
