I have to preface this with the info that I did not end up needing them for the work and canceled my appointment.nnBut they will be the first I call if I ever have any plumbing issues again. I called a number of companies when I wasn't sure if this was a matter that I could handle on my own. This was the friendliest, most helpful company I spoke with, willing to work with my schedule , and just so refreshing to interact with after the other calls that I had to leave a review.nnTo edit: this is very delayed but I did call back. The plumbers showed up within the time frame given. There was an evaluation fee. I had a small leak that was not an issue when everything was properly hooked up but did leak when the toilet was not installed. The plumbers would not do any work on the issue for which I initially called them without fixing that leak first because of liability concerns, but that cost even more on top of fixing the actual issue. It was either the week before or the week of Christmas, so I declined. I ended up having someone else come out, they capped the leak while they fixed the issue and once everything was properly installed it was fine. This place did seem professional but the friendliness that initially drew me in was not present in subsequent interactions, although friendliness isn't necessarily a requirement for a plumber. However, the initial 5 stars was for that exceptional first interaction.

I see so many great reviews for this company. I decided to use them for my central heat was not working. They were able to fit me with all the other calls. The office kept me informed and was very polite and professional.nHere's where I give one star, Jarrod came over and said there was some kind of error codes? He could not figure it out. He googled to see. He went back to look at my unit which is only a year old.nHe proceeded to tell me I had a modulator motor that was bad. The cost $400 then said it would be good to place surge protectors on the inside unit and compressor outside $250 a piece.nI asked how a motor can go out when it is barely a year old?nNext day, I thought I am getting a second opinion. Thank goodness I did, My motor works just fine, all was needed is to re-program the unit.nI am completely at a loss to think someone would try to cheat me like this! Why a company with so many high rating do dealings like this?nI am making sure to tell my story so others don't get cheated like I almost did.

My family and I have been using Lightfoot for all our household needs since we became a home owner 5 years ago. Lightfoot has always given us great service! All the employees have been respectful, prompt and very knowledgeable about their services. Mark was so nice and put in our new water heater and brought everything up to code for us. The price was reasonable too!

Installed a new air handler. Great job. Neat professional. Courteous. Could not ask for any better service from these two employees. I was impressed with their work ethic. I would not have any problem with having them do work for me anytime.
