We have tried the location in Devine, TX three times, and three times the order was completely wrong. I'm not sure the disconnect at this site, maybe the way the buttons are presented on the register? I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt because the order-taker literally confirms verbally (no screen available at the drive thru). With two different managers, they don't try to make the situation right. One did, but, unfortunately that was our last time even attempting to disappoint ourselves.

Only three stars because i didnt go in or use the drive thru but my husband told me that they were a nice mcdonalds and staff were really welcoming and nice will definitely stopping by again

This location in particular, always has hot fries.... and awesome service fast too. They are probably the only fast food restaurant that never forgets condiments.... thank you. Always taking care of the customer

I'm giving this McDonald's 2 stars because I waited almost 10 minutes before someone even took my order! I walked in behind someone and someone served them, yes that person waited a while for their order but I stood there and stood there, no one came to the front even when they handed that person their order no one acknowledged me!nI get it drive thru was very busy so everyone was back there helping drive thru, between my wait time and my getting my food I was in there for almost 30 mins! I will not go inside there again to order my food.
