Purchase a vehicle from them 3 days after I bought the car it shutdown on me had to have it towed to my home Jackson Underwood sold me the car stated that it was a good car and that it was only one minor part that needed to be fixed and that he was going to pay to get it fixed that following Tuesday the car didn’t make it till then it stopped on me that Sunday tried to contact Jackson no answer just only text message the whole time I was dealing with issues so they had the car towed to their shop and was told by the mechanic that he didn’t fix those type of cars so they had it towed to the dealership where now they are refusing to pay for the existing issue that were wrong with the car before I purchased and wasn’t told about now it’s costing me 1400$ in repairs to fix all because they told me that they were going to take care of it they are bad with answer calls the only way I was able to get in contact with them was actually driving to the lot and talk to them and I made like 5 trips to their car lot to talk to them. I wouldn’t recommend no one to buy a car from them.

Cannot get them on the phone. Their assistance with getting a car legal after buying is trying my patience. Seriously considering putting a lien on their shop until they can resolve this issue.

They came up there after they were closed so we could look at a car. Then were super nice and patient as it took a couple of hours to decide to buy it and gave a great price on the car.

Gave me a good deal but are extremely hard to get in contact with. More than one mixup with paperwork and left me on read almost every single time I tried to contact.

Well it’s been 3 months since I paid cash for a car. Still no title or license plates and no one ever answers my calls. Starting to think they ripped me and my son off
