Mary Ann is so friendly and helpful. I love knowing that my stuff is safe in her building. And she has some awesome plants!
I rented a unit and owner told me there was no access after hours but all I had to do was call, and she would meet me and open. That didn't happen. Before I finished moving in, it was closed, and I repeatedly called owner on all 3 numbers she gave me and I left messages. She didn't return my call until the next day. I no longer had help; my truck sat loaded overnight, and it was raining due to rain. I told her I was moving what was there and wanted a refund. She got upset and told me she had a life and didnt keep her phone on her. This was after she'd told me when I signed up to call her anytime and she would meet me...no problem!. On the refund, she didn' t even give me a full refund after all my trouble, and I then had to move my things a second time to another place. Terrible experience!
I really feel safe with my items stored here. Someone is on location almost all the time. It is very clean and is a convenient location for me. The prices are great. I will recommend Mary Ann to anyone I know who is needing anstorage unit.
Omg I've went to Ms. Mary Ann about 3 times. Anytime I've had to leave a place. I give Ms. Mary ann a call and if shes not allowed to answer. To gets right back with you. I am so Thankful for a sweet-hearted, kind, happy &) loving woman. She treated my things as if they were hers. Soon, as anyone walks through the door. Shes greeting them professionally. I just love this woman with all that's in me. If you EVER and I do mean EVER need a safe place to put your things. Mary ann is very understanding and very kind. She will love to have you there.
I use Mary Ann's for my storage needs,and she has been for me ever since. She never hesitates to open after hours, and she is always glad to see me. She is a good Christian woman,and she helps with ideas for my other storage problems. Thanks Mary Ann
