Do not use this storage company for your needs. They ask you for a deposit upfront claiming it will be refunded when you clear out items from unit. I moved out of the unit on feburary 9th it's been over 6 weeks still have not received the deposit. I've contacted Troy multiple times through text message because they never answer the phone. I have proof he claims it would be taken care of. Did not pick this facility they will take your money from you.
Been trying to contact them for a week and a half left a message each day, heard nothing back.
I appreciate the security
