The playground structure is great for older elementary kids, and there are also a few sections that a two year old can handle. It's sand around the playground structure, so be prepared (no sandals, tennis shoes are best). The swings are for 3 yr olds and older (no baby swings). There is a loop around the park and tennis courts and baseball fields that is nice for walking while still keeping an eye on your kids if they are older. And a couple benches and picnic tables under trees for shade which is necessary in TX! Unfortunately the sand seems to trap trash that gets covered and then uncovered, even though I regularly see city employees picking up trash. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars, the trash. Maybe if there was rubber or some other surface, the trash wouldn't get hidden and then uncovered. But overall, it's a fun park! We eat lunch there whenever the weather is nice enough.

Fun park, has baseball and softball fields. It have a nice playground area and for all you Pokémon Go people, there's a gym and tons of Pokémon here ud83dude00

Great park. Has a jungle gym/slide area for kids; no swings, though. Easy access to small grills for a kickback. Knocking a star off for being hard to find; the street sign is barely noticeable and I missed the turn completely, even following GPS.

The climbing structure is great for kids of all ages. Plenty of slides. Currently the swings have been removed. Shade is plentiful. Many picnic benches.nNegatives are obscene graffiti and its seems the parking around the jungle gym is used by people on their lunch break to smoke in their cars. It was unnerving to my kids to gradually have a number of cars around us with no one getting out to use the park.
