My husband and I sold our home and decided to buy our new home on wheels with the Giddings location and let me tell you it was an amazing experience! Shannon is an absolute doll and was extremely responsive to all of my questions whether through text or phone! Paperwork with Larry was super smooth and Richard did an excellent job assisting us with the loading up on our new fifth wheel hitch receiver! We had a hell of a time offloading late at night and once again...called Shannon and she had Aaron FaceTime us for 45 minutes assisting us with our issue! I highly recommend this location! We are so grateful for their services and helping us when in need! Hope I didn’t leave out any names!! OH! Jeff is awesome too for helping me with the water valve issue! Love y’all!

I bought my camper a couple weeks ago from here and was helped by Shannon and the service was absolutely amazing! I loved every department as well! Any questions I had she could answer or would quickly find out. Even with the 2 hour drive the buy was easy! They really went above and beyond for me! Thanks guys for all the help, I love my RV!

I have to give MAJOR props to Fun Town Giddings! They cleaned up a huge mess that wasn't theirs to start with. Darrell in the Service department went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed right and we were happy with everything. He even called the next week while we're out camping to make sure we didn't have any surprises!! Totally recommended this location!

We purchased our Sunset Trail here last year. Kadra was very patient and helpful. We love our new camper trailer. We’ve had our camper in for service twice. Both times, we were in and out within a week. I can’t thank Darrell and the service department enough for their personalized and efficient service.

Great place to buy an RV. Just traded in the first one i bought and it was only 11 months old. I though I was going to be totally upside down but they offered me what I owed so I did not roll over anything negative. Did not even think that was possible. Salesman Lloyd was great, he helped me transfer all my belongings and went to their store and got the screen covers for exhaust vents while I was signing paperwork. They definitely have my buisness for life.
