Visited first time and met with their sales consultant Dudley Hamilton. He's very affable, professional and extremely attentive with no pressure whatsoever. Overall it was a very pleasant sales experience!nnDudley drove us around in a golf cart to the RVs we were interested in. Made sure all doors were open & left us alone to peruse each unit. He came back just a couple of times to see if we had any questions. We left that day with the promise from Dudley that we would not be contacted or marketed until we first made contact. That was a refreshing surprise!nnWe revisited a few weeks later specifically asking for Dudley again this time with more serious intent. In between that time we had visited several RV dealers and had a mix of high pressure and high prices. Those experiences didn't even come close to Holiday World. Highly advise Holiday World of Alvarado and especially Dudley Hamilton. Their price structures are some of the best around and staff is top notch!

Holiday World of Alvarado is a very nice place, especially having Franny Rainey working with me. She was very cordial with me and showed me several trailers that I would fulfill my requirements. She answered all my questions in a professional manner, and is an (attention to detail) type of person. I’m brand new to the RV world, and she made my feel very comfortable, and she took her time with me explaining all the items to take in consideration when purchasing an RV. Her communications with me via text or email was exceptional! She stayed in touch with me on a weekly basis, and keep me updated on the pricing of the trailers. An awesome Sales Consultant! Ask for her when looking for your RV.

Update:nNot sure if I am happy with Keystone RV company. We had a slow leak behind the toilet From after the first time we hooked up the water. And, the black/gray tanks were labeled wrong. We had to pay a tech $250 to fix a leak that was the manufacturers fault and to be told that they labeled the tanks wrong and my husband had to relabel them. I called Keystone and they wanted the invoice sent to them, so they can review it and see if they are going to reimburse us. We will see if they actually do. They should be obligated to reimburse us, as this was a manufacturer error. No other real complaints with the trailer. It’s very comfortable...Will update again with the response from Keystone RV..nnThank you to Graham for helping us find our new fifth wheel! He is so friendly and knowledgeable! We will definitely recommend him! We had such a wonderful experience at Holiday World!

Dudley Hamilton was our salesman and did an exceptional job. We came from 4 hours away and most of our conversations were over the phone! He got us a trailer that came right off the truck and we couldn’t be happier! David had all of our financing ready for us to go over and sign! It was extremely easy and thorough! Hannah in the Parts department was so helpful with everything we needed and is incredibly sweet. She went over each part we would need and even went to the extent of making sure everything was where it needed to be and that we had all the correct parts! Tabatha and Travis in parts did our walkthrough and explained every detail of the camper with us! Michael showed us how to hook everything up to our car and made sure we knew what to do before we left.nnI was very nervous with this purchases only because this is our first camper, but Dudley made sure that everything was taken care of and that when we got to the dealership, everything flowed!! We were there a total of 2 hours!!!! The service department even put our sway bar hitch on for us during this time!!! We are extremely pleased with the service we got over the last 2 weeks talking with Dudley and today at the dealership! We highly recommend using them for any of your camping needs!

This is an amazing place. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Went to several other places before coming back to Holiday World of Alvarado. Our salesperson Franny was by far the best salesperson of all the places we went to. Not only did she find the best trailer for us but she also asked all the questions about why we wanted each individual trailer and gave us the pros and cons about each individual one. Will definitely be coming back here in the future for our next camper and will continually recommend to everyone we meet who is looking for not only their first but next camper.
