Motor Home Specialist continues to be the dealership you can simply trust to do the right thing for their customers. Jimmy and Billy worked hard to make our purchase happen as quickly as we needed. Even in a crazy seller's market where they could have easily piled on fees and refused to go the extra mile because the buyer would have no better option, they don't -- straightforward dealing, doing what they say they will....nnEasy to recommend MHSRV to anyone.

Very bad customer service. I ordered my motor home in September 2020. I was never updated on its arrival. I had to contact them for any information. And I had to contact them more than once before getting any help. Never valued as a customer. The only good experience was the walk through with the technician when I picked up my RV in Jan. 2021. Mad at myself for accepting the way they treated me during this whole process. Maybe my experience will inspire others to demand better service.

I’m in the market for a class A diesel pusher. This is my second RV purchase. I had the opportunity to deal with Nolan from the online sales team. I decided to contact them after touring their lot while visiting family in Texas. I will make this review based on my experience with Nolan only. After submitting my online credit application to show I was a serious buyer, I did not feel like he wanted to earn my business. I was actually worried at times that if the sales team was treating me with such disregard while attempting to purchase a luxury unit, how would they treat me post sales with any warranty issues. I had a competing offer from General RV and Decided to buy from them after being treated like a VIP on both of my purchase transactions with them. MHS still can learn a thing or two from their competitors on how win a repeat customer. Thanks for reading my review and I hope it helps you too.

We sold our 2 year old Class A diesel pusher on the MHS consignment lot. Jimmy, the consignment sales manager is great. He knows his business. We agreed on a sales price before beginning and sold the RV within 4% of that price. The website really helps sell. Hannah, the office manage was especially helpful when we had issues getting the title right. The only reason not 5 stars is the consignment sales group is extremely understaffed. It took almost 2 weeks to get the RV onto the website and communicating with Jimmy is almost impossible as he has no help. He does the best he can but really needs more support.

We bought a Nexus Wraith from Brad Kilmer and our technician was Mike. BRad was wonderful to work with and did everything possible to make this a great experience. Our technician Mike was over the top! I have never had anyone go over an RV as thoroughly as he did! He answered every question and when we went to the camping part there wasn’t anything for him to fix! I would highly recommend Mike to anyone that buys a coach from Motor Home Specialist. Thanks you both for everything and making this such a good experience.
