Very good customer service with regular emails to when bill is due, even phone calls. Like just got phone call telling me how much they appreciated my service and using their location. Great people, check em out if you need to store some stuff!
We rented a large unit. Jeremy will take good care of you. Great place. I will use them again if I need storage.
My husband and I are full time RVers that were staying in the Whitney area. While we were there, I had a death in the family and we had to return to Michigan immediately. We didn't have time to drive so we wanted to store the RV and fly out of Dallas. Jeromy offered to meet us before they opened so that we could park our RV in their lot and get all the paperwork taken care so that we could get to Dallas with plenty of time to catch our flight. He was friendly and helpful in our time of need and it was very much appreciated. The property is clean, secure, and well maintained. Highly recommend American Self Storage based on their customer service alone.
I was so impressed with Jeremy and Affordable Storage in Whitney. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and listens to you. His recommendations are spot on. The units are clean and well maintained.
