The staff at Burns motors are polite and attentive. They are ready and willing to answer any questions without being overly aggressive and only focused on making a sale. If someone goes in looking for a specific vehicle, time won’t be wasted by trying to distract a buyer with something they aren’t looking for. Xavier Martinez was very motivated to help in any way he could with what we were interested in and Christina Hernandez in finance was very patient in explaining payment and buying options. It was a very positive experience for my wife and I.

Just bought a new Ram 1500. Got a great deal with my salesman, Victor Myers. Victor is knowledgeable about all aspects of your car buying experience. Mr. Puga in the finance dept. is also a top notch guy. If u plan on looking at any product from Burns Motors, ask for Victor.

Second time purchasing a vehicle here, had a great experience with Eli Mercado. He's been my sales representative for the last two years, he's always done a great job at keeping me informed and taking care of me anytime I visit the dealership. Even a simple 5,000 mile maintenance, he always checks in with me and the maintenance department to make sure everything is up to par! This is what customer service is all about!
