It was a great experience. I was in and out within an hour. The price I saw on the internet was the price it was sold to me the dealership was straight forward no hidden fee or trying to bump up the price nothing like that. I love my experience and I would recommend this dealership to everyone in the valley. The Gm Cal Collins is a great leader and is straight forward with u and takes his time to introduce him self and talk to you. Thank u

Reached out to Toyota of Pharr through the chat feature on their website and quickly got a response back via call/text from Mr. Joe Oliveros. He provided us with all the information we requested prior to visiting the dealership and was very patient and helpful while we checked, test drove and purchased our vehicle. Exceptional customer service!nnMs. Mary Jane helped us with the paperwork, and again, amazing customer service! Our Salesman Heriberto Luna went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase our first vehicle (2021 Toyota Highlander XSE). We went in completely knowing what we wanted. My dad had purchased a vehicle with Mr. Luna 2 weeks prior us going to buy a vehicle for ourselves and my dad totally recommend us to go look for Mr. Luna and we don’t regret it at all. He was such a great help by, explaining things step by step, our different options, inputs and outputs. At the end of the day we believe we got a great deal on our Highlander and are completely in love with it!
