Exceptional service! Was immediately attended as soon as walked in. Cashier was patient with me as I asked for my order. Took about 5-8 minutes for smoothies to come out. Said hello to every customer that walked in and made them feel like they valued them. Would definitely recommend!!!
love that this store went under new management. left this store a while back because staff were slow, wait time was long and my beverages would be eh. Not today! definitely will be back. dig the sense of urgency and appreciation for smoothie perfection.
I don't usually write reviews buy today's service warrants it. As a high risk individual during covid-19 I appreciate your understanding as well as above and beyond service today Heather! I called to get curbside assistance to which she educated me on the Reward App and encouraged me to order and request curbside via app. After expressing my health concerns, that I was in a very big rush and didn't have time to download that app she delightfully extended the courtesy to order with her and that she would accept my payment when she brought out my beverage (fully gloved ill add). Keep up the great service and sanitary protocols!
3 times now in 1 week I have tried to purchase from this location yet the store is not open at the listed hours?!?! Clearly states 6:30 am weekdays open yet door is locked and lights off. No hours change during COVID posted? Hold you employees to higher standard. This is upper kirby area, do better!
