I recently decided to go into Total Nutrition by the Greenway Plaza to assist in some changes I wanted to make for the better. This was welcomed by the owner and he talked with me at length about some of the products that would help me in that journey. He was very genuine and seemed to show true care for helping me. I was quite impressed. And now 200 days after that initial walk in I have lost 55 LBS and my whole life has changed. I still, to this day, use the products and routines first recommended to me by the owner. Excellent place all around for helping shore up a healthy lifestyle.
