The diamond membership here allows you to go all lifetime locations nationwide, however, I am a fan of this location. It's very spacious with modern interiors. Plenty of garage parking, you can just connect your ez tag for the gate. As a member, you can bring two guests each month.nnDuring the summer, the rooftop pool deck is a great place to relax for a nice tan. It has a leisure and lap pool surrounded by cabanas and lounge chairs. Full staff working the outdoor pool area. Easy to order food and drinks from the lifetime cafe.nnThis location has a variety of features from saunas, spa, fitness classes, weight machines, childcare, etc. Locker room is relatively clean for most of the time. Towels are stocked up with many other amenities. Work out area is spacious. Would like to see some more classes on the weekends though. Overall, this location is pretty convenient.

I love coming to this place. Today I had a facial by Courtney Hanks. She did an excellent job. She educated me and also made me look the best that I have ever looked in life. Thank you so much Courteney and thank you so Much lifetime fitness!

I have experienced the best massage, best workout experience, best quick healthy meals, best sauna and steam room etc! The price is pretty high but it's sssssooooo worth it. When I'm not traveling I am always in my home club (LIFETIME GREENWAY)nI have managed a fitness facility for years and I have taken gyms tours all over the US for years! LIFETIME has been the best by far! I'll never look elsewhere for a home gym.

I gave a notice to put my membership on hold. Came today and they told me that hold is in effect and I can not use the gym. The thing is that I was there last night and asked a guy at the reception and he clearly said that tommorow is the last day and I can use the gym one more day.nnAsked them to cancel and the guy with the attitude( not sure his name as he had no name tag on) told me that he is happy to cancel it. He was not able to answer all questions in regards to cancellations, refunds etc. In the end he also stated that I was rude to him but failed to answer at what stage.nnTo sum up. I had to cancel my membership due to attitude they gave me. False info and then don't even want to say sorry.nnI understand that they don't care about feedbacks.

The Staff is rude and completely incompetent. I have been “accidentally” double billed several times resulting in hours on the phone to resolve the issue. All of our membership information was entered incorrectly resulting in hours on the phone. They “lost” our cancellation form and now we are expected to pay 3 months dues. I have had countless problems. It’s not worth the trouble.
