I was really disappointed. 24 minutes in drive thru, pizza was cold and the lady at the wundiw was rude

Ordered ahead on the app, pull up at the drive through and told us it'll be a 10 min wait for the wings. It was a small order of wings and 1 pizza. Told us to come back around in the drive thru, still had to wait an extra 5. 45 minutes to get a pizza/wings I ordered on the app ahead of time. Get it together Pizza Hut....
Quality pizza, and fast, quality service. Always ready and willing to make additions/changes to an order, per request of the customer. The staff are friendly and inviting, albeit bogged down most nights. Speaking of, they are able to handle some of the most stressful working hours I've ever seen. New year's Eve pizza orders are *staggering*, and seeing them handle all of them in a reasonable time, with no concessions made, is impressive to say the least. The only downside comes from the food itself - sauce distribution on their pizza (thin crust especially) is off by a large margin. Getting to the crust is like taking a bite out of a pure sauce pool, piled higher than the crust itself. This is one of my biggest gripes, and one of the reasons it loosed a star. Aside from some issues with the construction of the food, the service is fantastic, and the reward system is one of the best I've seen in fast food.
Was better than the other stores I had been to. Will make the drive to go to this location for now on...
