He was fast professional and well priced
I had to choose 1 Star because 0 Stars wasn’t an option... called yesterday for service and they told me that I’d be first or second on the list today and that they opened at 8am. Cool! Great turnaround time. Drove to property at 8:15 to be available.... 9:20 I call and spoke with Ken, the one that I made the appointment with... I asked him when I should expect service and he said Very casually, “not till after lunch”... I asked why he didn’t update me on the change and told him that I had altered my day for the schedule he provided me, and he told me, “just hadn’t got around to it” as if it was no big deal... consider this company if you’re looking for one that doesn’t respect your time.
They went the extra effort to help us with an unusual challenge. Much better than the home store or the self service kiosks.
Very quick and friendly service! Very affordable as well!
