There's a new assistant manager who takes an interest in providing a better culture. The staff is polite.
As an avid gym goer 24hr provides high quality equipment ie Eleiko (very high end) and has ample room between machines to prevent walking over other gym goers. As far as the type of people I’ve observed working out ranged from beginners to elite, some gyms attract a level of fitness that could overwhelm a new gym goer and I can say 24hr doesn’t have that issue. A big perk as well is 24hr being 1 of only 4 gyms in the area with central air conditioning giving you the perfect climate to complete a workout. Overall compared to other gyms in the area it’s a great contender.

Looks like a lot of new equipment is coming in lately. I like the access to the 24Go app when I dont feel like being around people. Waiting for regulations to be lifted so we can go back to true 24 hours. :-) gotta say the only complaint I have is with the other members, not following mask wearing guidelines very well. I just avoid the 5pm crowd and im good.
